Shipping Costs: Everything You Need to Know

Whether you’ve placed your order in advance or need your products immediately, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find detailed information on our flat-rate shipping options, special products, and more.

For most of our products, the shipping costs are as follows:

For flyer orders, shipping costs vary based on quantity:

  • For quantities less than 1500 flyers: General rates apply.
  • For quantities between 1500 and 5000 flyers:
    • Standard Shipping: €10.99
    • Expedited Shipping: €14.99
  • For quantities greater than 5000 flyers:
    • Standard Shipping: €14.99
    • Expedited Shipping: €19.99

For some products in the Boards and Posters category (acrylic boards, cardboard boards, plastic boards, and roll-ups), the following shipping costs apply for larger sizes:

  • Standard Shipping: €14.99
  • Expedited Shipping: €19.99

Orders received after 21:00 will be processed starting from the next business day. See below for important shipping information, including product-specific exceptions and international shipping.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, though additional costs may apply, to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

Orders destined for the Canary Islands are subject to taxes (particularly AIEM [15%] and IGIC [7%]) and customs duties (which may vary depending on the package). Orders sent to Ceuta and Melilla are also subject to different taxes and customs duties. FBG is not responsible for these costs and taxes (we work with customs to find a solution). If you receive calls from shipping companies after placing your order, be sure to answer them to avoid delivery delays. Currently, we cannot ship the following products to the Canary Islands: roll stickers, loose stickers, hang tags, oval boxes, and flexible packaging. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Product Exceptions

Some FBG products are not available with certain delivery speeds.

  • Business cards, Christmas cards, or invitations with metallic embossing do not have expedited shipping (3 days). The fastest shipping option for these finishes is Standard (5 days).
  • Products in the following categories are generally only available with economy shipping (10 business days):
    • Clothing and bags
    • Promotional items (pens, technology, and other items)
    • Magic mugs
    • Photo albums
  • Kits have a delivery time of 15 business days.

If you order products with different delivery speeds, they may be shipped in separate packages. This prevents the shipping of items that are ready sooner from being delayed.

The available delivery speeds depend on the products in your shopping cart. For example, if there are items with expedited shipping, you can choose that option. You only need to select and pay for a shipping type.

Before you proceed to payment, we will show you how we will split your order by product and what the estimated delivery dates are. This way, you will know in advance which items in your order might arrive later than the delivery speed you selected.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I track my order?

    • The availability of a tracking service depends on the carrier. If available, we will send it to you in the shipping confirmation message.
  • Will I get tracking information? Where can I find it?

    • When we ship your order, we’ll send you a confirmation message with the shipping method, estimated delivery date, and other tracking information (if available). You can also check your purchase history for tracking information.
  • Are delivery speeds inclusive of production time?

    • Yes! The indicated speeds include the time needed to print the order and shipping time.
  • Which shipping carriers does FBG use?

    • It depends on the speed you select. For each shipment, we choose the carrier based on factors like the quantity of purchased products, delivery address, size and weight of the order, and requested delivery speed.

  • Are delivery times guaranteed?

    • When you add an item to your cart, you’ll need to choose a delivery speed. We will then show you the expected delivery date for that item and promise to meet it. Of course, unpredictable factors can cause delays, and if that happens, neither you nor we will be satisfied. Contact us and we will compensate you.

  • Will my order be delivered during business hours?

    • In most cases, deliveries will take place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, though this depends on the carrier.

  • My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

    • Deliveries are made until 18:00 (local time), so it may arrive by then. You can also check any tracking information in the Purchase History section of My Account. Additionally, you can contact us anytime; we’ll be happy to assist you.
